History of Masjid Al-Hidayah Toyohashi
Masjid Al-Hidayah Toyohashi was officially inaugurated and first used on February 9, 2025. The establishment of the mosque was initiated by Mr. Sartono, who also contributed generously to the land and funding of the construction. His sincere dedication and the strong support of the local Muslim community made the vision of having a proper place of worship in Toyohashi a reality.
The mosque was built on a 160-square-meter plot of land, designed to accommodate the growing Muslim community in the area. The building features a main prayer hall on the first floor for men and a second-floor prayer area for women, ensuring comfort and convenience for all worshippers.
In addition to the prayer areas, the mosque also includes ablution facilities (wudu area), a Madrasah (Islamic school) located on the second floor, and a spacious parking area to serve visitors and congregants.
Masjid Al-Hidayah Toyohashi serves not only as a place of worship but also as a center for Islamic education, regular religious studies (kajian), and social activities. Through its programs and facilities, the mosque continues to strengthen faith, knowledge, and brotherhood among Muslims living in and around Toyohashi.
